Disgaea released back in 2003 on the Playstation 2 and was of many tactical role-playing games (TRPG) out at the time. However, that did now stop Disgaea from reshaping the world of TRPG’s. After 10 long years the sequel Disgaea D2 has finally arrived. Be prepared to lose lots of sleep exploring and discovering a whole new story in Disgaea D2.
At the end of Disgaea we saw Laharl finally become the Overlord, he learns that not many demons are willing to recognize his position or authority. Laharl decides to go on another journey to demonstrate his power as the new Overlord with a few familiar faces. Joining him is a girl who claims to be his sister, a wacky angel who’s hell bent on the idea on love and of course wave after wave of demons trying to take the throne. Laharl just might just have his work cut out for him.
This year KT and I did two separate conventions so I wasn’t able to do interviews but I took a lot of photos. This year’s Anime Expo was the biggest attendance yet with, yes you guessed it, “Over 9000” anime, manga, game fans and cosplayers gathered together to show off their skilled costume or meet old and new friends. Also this year AX got a few bands and artist to perform at the convention. There was the Visual Kei concert that featured 3 bands/artist, Cell, Moon Stream and Kaya. Also performing was Porno Graffitti which is known for some Anime openings like one of the Fullmetal Alchemist and Magi opening. Not to mention Good Smile with Huke and Max Factory with our old friends at Cake Nana.
What’s the worst thing that can happen at your wedding? Well in this case you can be stabbed and your loved one has to travel six months in the past to find clues to who and why they wanted to raid a royal wedding. Just to add a plot twist, your soon to be wife has two souls living inside one body. Who will you choose after finding the culprit and unraveling the mysteries in Time and Eternity.
Once again Nis America brings us another RPG and like the rest you have the love story, the conflict and the fighting to win against the baddies but unlike other RPGs it’s brought to you in a whole new way. This game I’m torn from being pleased and not pleased and I’m going to give both reasons as I go through the game details, but I will say that it was just fun to play through this game and gave a refreshing take on the RPG genre that it really needed.

Here’s the third release of the Black Rock Shooter TV Figma line, Black Gold Saw. As you’ve noticed this review is very late from her release last month due to that I received a defective unit. The joint from her top half and torso was loose and wouldn’t stay together as a result would fall off after a period of time. Normally you could use a Elmers Glue fix by applying some glue into the joint hole then putting the plug in, let sit for about a day and it would tighten the joint. But in this case it wasn’t something that glue would fix so I contacted Ami Ami where I bought her to see if I might get a replacement

Opening Song, No Scared by One Ok Rock
I’ve been a Black Rock Shooter fan for a while. When I first heard about this game I went all nerd gamer syndrome and pre-ordered the Japanese release instantly. I’d like to give a shout out to NIS America, the publisher for North America and Europe, for letting me review this game. Here we have Black Rock Shooter the Game… but unlike it’s original release you can find this version on the PSN for $19.99. I did a review on the Japanese version of this game about a year ago with the White Rock Shooter Figma. So far the only real difference I see between the two versions is the English translation, other than that it’s a complete port from the Japanese version with the opening theme song by One Ok Rock.

When you get board ideas pop in your head that sometimes just sounds ridiculous but so ridiculous that you have to do it.
A while back I met up with some old friends and I found out one makes custom fleece hoodies, so I asked if he could make me one from Black Rock Shooter, as long as I had a design he could do it. So a bit about who makes these hoodies, his name is Koru Fox from Snow Flash Designs and also makes Fursuits, Plushies, Chain Maille, Accessories and more!

Once again we have the next installment of the Fate Extra but this time around they added in Gilgamesh as a playable character. The game play is still the same as before but with some improvements in the battle engine and game play. I haven’t really got to far into the story and since my Japanese is pretty bad doesn’t help me to really know the story line. But none the less it’s still fun to play and try to get what i’m doing by picking up some of the audio. But now to talk about the real reason why I bought this game, Bridal Saber.

After Accel World finished up a OVA came out were Haru and his friends are looking for the “network troublemaker”. In a nutshell they find themselves in an area of the net where they can not use their Burst Link forums but another version of them. Here in the Figma version we see Kuroyukihime’s Accel Assult version but her wings is actually Haru combined on to her.
